About The Position

JOB SUMMARY Provide exceptional guest service in order to recruit and retain guests into our Caesars Rewards Program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in coordinating all activities for the recruiting of new guests and retention of existing guests. Administer complimentary cards to guests based on the guidelines set by the Grand Victoria Casino. Understand and explain all rated player programs requirements to employees and guests. Function as a highly visible customer service representative on the casino floor. Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future. Must be able to be licensed by Illinois Gaming Board. Must be minimally 21 years old. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES High school diploma/GED required, as well as 5 years prior experience in marketing, sales, or player development environment, preferably in the gaming industry. Ability to provide own transportation to off-property locations required. Strong understanding of “in-person” customer service. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is performed primarily on the casino floor or at off-property locations for recruitment of new guests; regular interaction with guests as well as with staff of other departments; ability to tolerate varying conditions of temperature, noise levels; illumination, and air quality. Requirements

  • Must be able to be licensed by Illinois Gaming Board.
