Key Responsibilities include -Supervise Housekeeping Staff: The Executive Housekeeper manages the Housekeeping Team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and assigning duties. -Maintain Cleanliness and brand standards: They are responsible for ensuring that all areas of the property including guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness standards. -Develop Cleaning Protocols: They establish and enforce cleaning procedures and standards ensuring all staff adhere to them. -Conduct Inspections: Regular inspections of rooms and common areas are conducted. -Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills and team management abilities are essential. -Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure standards are met daily.
