Trinity Oaks Retirement community, part of Lutheran Services Carolinas, is seeking a dynamic executive director to oversee the daily operations of our retirement community, which offers independent living and assisted living services. . Position Summary The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring the community operates smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. In this role, the Executive Director provides leadership that supports high-quality services for residents, oversees day-to-day operations, and guides teammates in delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Ultimately, the Executive Director ensures the community reflects the mission and values of Lutheran Services Carolinas while fostering a positive, safe, and well-run environment for residents, families, and teammates.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred
• Nursing home administrator license preferred; will consider assisted living administrator license in lieu of nursing home administrator license
