Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which reports into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices. Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management role is primarily responsible for the client onboarding experience, account administration, due diligence, set-up, connectivity and activation required for clients to use DTCC's products and services. The Executive Director is responsible for multiple teams ensuring that processes are managed in a consistent, transparent and disciplined manner with a focus on high quality execution, risk management and client experience. The individual will develop, build and lead functions accountable for providing key operational services related to client onboarding and life-cycle management to the DTCC businesses and global client-base; fostering cross-functional collaboration; and providing sound analysis and change leadership. A heightened focus on strategic vision and management change is critical as thew ED will be responsible for redesigning the clients' journey, touchpoints and interactions with DTCC.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Establishes the organization structure, budget, hiring and capacity planning for the function to support the enterprise portfolio of client-facing initiatives and global client-base.
  • Leads and runs large groups across multiple geographic locations and time zones; Develops effective location and staffing strategies to manage costs and risks.
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships across the organization to ensure delivery of quality processes in alignment with key initiatives and requirements across the enterprise.
  • Drives and implements change including process/control enhancements, organization/staffing model and digital automation.
  • Ensure operational readiness to support client-impacting initiatives.
  • Maintains clear and consistent communication channels across the organization; provides regular reports, metrics and responses on statuses, issues, performance, and risks.
  • Manages client and internal escalations.
  • Ensures the functional methodologies, standards and processes adhere to DTCC policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Crafting a culture of excellence, high performance and continuous process improvement drives the function to excel at delivering on key commitments.
  • Provides ongoing coaching, mentoring and training for the team members.
  • Develops successors and talent pipeline, drives corporate culture and leads employee management activities; designs, develops and executes a maturity strategy to consistently improve the function's capabilities.
  • Enforces adherence to regulatory, compliance and risk protocols.
  • Fosters a risk management culture through implementation and demonstration of processes and procedures which identify and mitigate risk.
