A senior living community is seeking an experienced Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) to lead an assisted living and memory care community in the Metro, MN area. The community is undergoing leadership transition with a focus on strengthening operations, accountability, and long-term stability. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands Minnesota assisted living regulations, financial performance, occupancy management, and team development. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operations of the assisted living community, including regulatory compliance (MN 144G), budget and financial oversight, staff leadership and retention, occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, and survey readiness. This position serves as the licensed leader of the community and is accountable for day-to-day performance and long-term stability. This is an opportunity to lead a community during a leadership transition. The right Executive Director will help reset expectations, strengthen operations, and build a stable, high-performing team.
