Lead and supervise all aspects of grant management services for the college district. This includes leading the grant writing teams, pre-award deployment, deployment activities, and post-award close-out activities. Oversees a grants portfolio of a multitude of highly intricate rules and regulations from agencies including but not limited to: subcontracts, federal grants, state grants, private grants, and cross-institutional agreements. Serve as the authorized representative, an information resource, and districtwide creative collaborator for grant-funded projects. Interpret complex fiscal policies and procedures and administer college guidelines and sponsored regulations; provide guidance to staff and project leads regarding sponsor policies.
