Job Description The Executive Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations reports to the Associate Vice President, Schools, Units, and Organizational Giving, and is responsible for: Planning, implementing, marketing and managing an aggressive multi-year strategic effort that focuses and defines corporate and foundation giving within the context of Boston College’s current fundraising program and its comprehensive campaign. Providing leadership to University officers, deans, faculty and administrators in systematically developing a strategic corporate and foundation program that builds on the dynamic growth achieved to date. The success of Boston College’s organizational fund raising efforts, including defining and implementing a strategic vision; leading a systematic prospect engagement effort; delivering timely and accurate stewardship to donors; engaging the Provost, Vice-Provosts, Deans, faculty, and administrators as partners in developing funds for University priorities; and contributing to the overall success of the broader Advancement mission. Providing managerial oversight of an eight-person team: five fundraisers, an exempt writing position, and two administrative professionals. Maintaining a portfolio of prospects. The salary range for this position is listed below, with the final salary based on various factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and internal equity considerations.
