About The Position

Client exposure, transaction oriented and working with senior group of experienced bankers and a growing team. As an Executive Director, Corporate Finance you will be successful originating and executing Mergers & Acquisition advisory and cross sell in Food and Ag. Valuation DCF, presentations, coordinate lawyers and consultants in advisory execution of buy sides and sell sides. Deal negotiations with lawyers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 9+ years of relevant working experience in investment banking.
  • Ability to travel regionally, up to 15% of the time.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
