About The Position

As a senior leader within the Corporate Finance, Planning, and Analysis (FP&A) organization, this role will provide strategic leadership and oversight of financial systems, data governance, and enterprise-wide FP&A processes. This role is responsible for managing a team and will serve as a critical partner to and liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders across global brands and regions. The role will drive the continued evolution and optimization and standardization of the company’s financial planning systems —primarily OneStream— and ensure the effective execution of the long-range planning process, quarterly rolling forecast, annual planning cycle, monthly forecasts, and enterprise-wide reporting. With outputs that are highly visible to the Executive Leadership Team, this role requires exceptional strategic thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional influence in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Mulit-national operations including foreign currency translation
  • Ability to effectively communicate between technical and business audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large volumes of data (particularly in Excel, SQL)
  • Knowledge of OneStream, SAP and PAPM Applications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of a cohesive OneStream data strategy that supports all FP&A processes—including long-range planning, annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecast, monthly forecasts, and reporting.
  • Ensure enterprise-wide alignment on data structures, and governance to enable consistency, comparability, and transparency across all business units and regions.
  • Own the integrity, integration, and transformation of financial data across the OneStream platform. Partner with IT, Global Finance and regional finance teams to ensure seamless data flow between source systems and planning/reporting environments, driving automation and reducing manual effort.
  • Drive the standardization and automation of data collection, consolidation, and reconciliation processes. Leverage OneStream and other tools to enhance the speed, accuracy, and insightfulness of planning and forecasting cycles across the enterprise.
  • Lead efforts to drive adoption of enhanced OneStream data processes and tools. Provide oversight for the development of training, communication, and documentation to ensure clear understanding and consistent use of financial data across the organization.
  • Drive standardized reporting throughout global organization catering to brands, regions, and functions
  • Drive the Financial Agentic AI process within the organization.
  • Oversee the Employee Cost data from various source systems to support the Employee Cost CoE.
  • Oversee the transfer of Travel Retail data in CPM OneStream and reconciles for completeness and accuracy
