About The Position

As an Executive Director, Corporate Finance at Rabobank, you will be involved in client exposure, transaction-oriented work, and collaborating with a senior group of experienced bankers and a growing team. Your primary responsibilities will include originating and executing Mergers & Acquisition advisory and cross-selling within the Food and Ag sector. This involves valuation using DCF, preparing presentations, and coordinating with lawyers and consultants for the advisory execution of both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as deal negotiations with lawyers. The role also entails leading, directing, and training a team of VPs, Associates, and Analysts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 9+ years of relevant working experience in investment banking.
  • Ability to travel regionally, up to 15% of the time.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
