About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead operations at an assisted living facility. This role is ideal for a proven leader who understands how to balance resident care, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and overall facility performance. Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living Facility (REQUIRED)
  • Active Administrator/ALF license
  • Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and facility performance
  • Ability to drive occupancy, retention, and overall resident satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements
  • Lead and support department heads and staff
  • Drive occupancy and maintain strong census levels
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
  • Foster a positive environment for residents, families, and staff
  • Maintain high standards of care and service delivery
