Requirements
- Must meet state requirements for Assisted Living Facility Administrator
- Proven experience in healthcare or senior living management (long-term care preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Financial and operational management experience
- Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all daily operations of the community
- Ensure services meet or exceed company standards and resident expectations
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and rights at all times
- Operate within approved budgets and drive financial performance
- Assist in developing annual operating and capital budgets
- Monitor expenses and implement strategies to improve revenue and control costs
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members
- Supervise department leaders, including: Resident Care Coordinator Food Services Director Marketing Director Activities Director Maintenance and Housekeeping Teams
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, employment laws, and company procedures
- Drive census growth and maintain stable occupancy levels
- Lead community outreach and marketing initiatives
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and referral sources
- Ensure full compliance with all state and federal assisted living regulations
- Maintain licensing standards and work collaboratively with regulatory agencies
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenance
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for residents
- Maintain strict confidentiality of resident information
- Address concerns promptly and professionally
