About The Position

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is seeking an experienced Executive Dining Manager to lead hospitality and dining operations within a premier Independent Living dining venue at a senior living community in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This leadership role is responsible for managing daily dining room operations, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and guiding a service team committed to high-end hospitality.   The Executive Dining Manager oversees service operations for the primary Independent Living dining room during dinner service as well as an adjacent Bistro serving breakfast and lunch. This role requires a strong background in restaurant or hospitality management, senior living dining, and high-quality service environments. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational organization, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences for residents.   This position works closely with culinary leadership and service teams to ensure meals are delivered with professionalism, efficiency, and care while maintaining high standards for food safety, hospitality, and operational performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or senior living dining management
  • Experience leading front-of-house teams in high-quality dining environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and HACCP guidelines
  • Ability to manage service operations in a fast-paced dining environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with senior living communities, country clubs, hotels, or upscale restaurants preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the Independent Living dining room and adjacent Bistro service
  • Lead, motivate, and coach dining service staff to deliver exceptional hospitality and resident experiences
  • Support the dining team with food production planning, service coordination, and operational execution
  • Maintain strong collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
  • Monitor service flow and assist on the floor to ensure residents and guests receive attentive, respectful service
  • Support training, onboarding, and development of dining service associates
  • Reinforce Aramark SeniorLIFE+ standards for hospitality, professionalism, and service recovery
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards, sanitation requirements, and HACCP guidelines
  • Assist with scheduling, staff coordination, and resolution of employee relations matters when needed
  • Ensure adherence to all Aramark SeniorLIFE+ policies, client community standards, and regulatory requirements
