Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is seeking an experienced Director of Dining Services to lead all culinary and dining operations at Asbury Normandie Ridge, a premier senior living community in York, Pennsylvania. This senior leadership role oversees a full-service dining program serving residents in a high-end senior living environment and is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and consistently high standards for food quality and service. The Director of Dining Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the community’s dining program, ensuring residents receive an outstanding dining experience that enhances daily life. This role leads dining teams, including the Dining Manager and culinary leadership, and works closely with the Regional Director of Operations and community leadership to elevate service standards, strengthen team performance, and drive operational success across all dining venues. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in senior living dining, outsourced healthcare food service, or hospitality dining operations, along with proven leadership in building and developing teams, managing complex dining programs, and delivering meaningful dining experiences for residents in a service-driven environment. Total target compensation for this position ranges from $93,500 to $104,500 annually, inclusive of base salary and incentive opportunity. This represents total compensation.
