About the Role This role will report to the Director of Executive Development Solutions. We are seeking a high-impact Executive Development Partner to design, deliver, and continuously elevate our executive assessment and onboarding experience. You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and a key driver of how we select, integrate, and accelerate executive talent. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in executive assessment, coaching, and leadership development with a data-driven mindset and an enterprise-first approach. In this role, you will administer and review executive assessments, build and launch a scalable executive onboarding program, and partner closely with executives, Executive Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure leaders are set up for long-term success. You will influence decisions with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a consultative approach.
