About The Position

Seeking a full-time Technical Support Analyst. In this role, the Analyst will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technology issues in real time, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding client service. This is an in-person position.

Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software and equipment (i.e., Cell phones, A/V equipment).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM or other endpoint management solutions.
  • Ability to support networked printers and multifunction devices.
  • Knowledge of current communications devices, Microsoft OS and applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously.
  • Advanced verbal and written communications.
  • Must regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Works at different shifts outside of stated office hours as needed.
