The Executive Coordinator is the CEO’s right hand, the person who keeps priorities on track, communication flowing, and the leadership team operating at their best. You’ll work closely with the Board of Directors and partner with departments like Development, Programming, Finance, and Operations to keep projects moving forward. From managing high-stakes meetings to overseeing the physical office environment, you’ll handle both the big-picture coordination and the small details that make it all run smoothly. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment and loves making order out of complexity. This role is critical to keeping leadership organized, prepared, and moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong traditional executive assistant—someone who anticipates needs, manages details seamlessly, and brings structure to a fast moving environment. This is an opportunity to work closely with a founder led leadership team at a well established nonprofit with a meaningful mission.
