About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Executive Coach to partner with our senior leaders and managers in support of their professional and personal growth. This role will work closely with individuals across the organization to enhance leadership capabilities, strengthen communication and decision-making skills, and support overall performance and development. The ideal coach brings both strategic insight and empathetic listening, and is able to guide leaders through growth, change, and complex challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience coaching senior-level leaders and/or people managers.
  • Background in organizational development, leadership, management, psychology, HR, or similar fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to support leaders with empathy, direct communication, and actionable feedback.
  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 coaching sessions for executives and managers, focused on leadership effectiveness, communication, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.
  • Assess individual coaching needs and create tailored development plans with each participant.
  • Support leaders in navigating organizational structure, team dynamics, and interpersonal challenges.
  • Offer periodic progress updates to the Head of People Ops where appropriate and agreed upon.
  • Provide group coaching, workshops, or leadership development sessions as needed.
