Tako is a lively, moody taqueria focusing on an Asian-Mexican fusion of street food, with a large tequila and mezcal offering. The ideal candidate is a committed leader who is highly organized and hard-working. They have a proven track record of improving kitchen operations and developing staff members. They will typically be leading service five nights per week, developing a strong BOH team, and overseeing fiancials and cost of goods.
