Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Executive Chef Manager position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple venues and the campus production team, ensuring cross utilization of products, quality of food items, and budgeted menus. Responsible for ordering food and non-food items, as well as managing inventory costs and schedules. Enforces food safety regulations, creates recipes, and coordinates kitchens. Coordinates recruitment and retention of team members, enforces policies, conducts department meetings, and drives team member engagement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Culinary Arts (preferred)
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
  • Knowledge of the food industry and trends
  • Ability to manage multiple venues/campuses
  • In-depth knowledge of Federal, State, and local food safety regulations
