This role manages the day-to-day operations of Dining Services, adhering to Juniper Communities’ philosophy, hallmarks, policies, procedures, and current federal, state, and local regulatory standards. The Executive Chef/Dietary Manager reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for supervising Cooks, Assistant Cooks, Utility Associates, and Servers. Additionally, they provide guidance, training, and direction to Resident Assistants, liaise with members of the Leadership Team, and serve as Manager on Duty as required.
