Produce gaming revenues with new to database guests in excess of agreed upon goal and within company guidelines. Explains promotions, programs, and any current giveaways to all guests. Explains the benefits and privileges of using a players card. Responsible for improving customer service, developing and implementing new promotions and maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP customers. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Ability to approve credit and manage reinvestments on guests by applying complimentaries according to guidelines. Responsible for developing and increasing guest visits and play habits. Responsible for filling events bases on play criteria. Responsible for acquiring new and inactive business. Approve credit.
