We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to perform a broad range of administrative tasks and support a portion of our company’s Senior Leadership Team. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, own complex scheduling and calendar management, coordinate travel arrangements but mostly serve as a strategic partner to leadership ! You are extremely detail-oriented, have exceptional time management skills and take initiative with little guidance. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners Be organized, structured, and detailed-oriented. You are an expert at managing complex projects, balancing priorities, and sticking to tight timelines while nailing all the details Manage leaders’ calendars and set up meetings Ensure the executive’s calendar has clear context and is an impactful use of their time. Provide opportunities for executives to stay on top of tasks and timelines. Coordinate and manage team events and offsites Make travel & accommodation arrangements Manage and submit expense reports Create, update and finalize internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Be a sounding board for the climate within all levels of the org(s) that you support and understand when and how to work with cross-functional partners accordingly Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our San Francisco or Los Angeles hubs.
