About The Position

This role provides high-level support to senior executives, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and high-impact initiatives. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate cross-functional communication, and ensure operational efficiency within fast-paced environments. Acting as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper, you will anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information. The position offers the opportunity to influence executive effectiveness, support organizational alignment, and contribute to projects that enhance operational performance across teams. This is a remote role, primarily serving executives in CST or EST time zones, and offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting VP-level or higher executives, preferably in SaaS or fast-paced organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and adapt quickly to changing plans.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business judgment and attention to detail; ability to act independently or escalate appropriately.
  • Comfort working across functions, time zones, and with diverse teams.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and rapport across teams.
  • Proficiency with common collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack).

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior executives to provide seamless administrative and operational support.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and communications with awareness of business priorities.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries, internal events, and offsites with precision.
  • Streamline communication between executives, teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure clarity and timely action.
  • Anticipate challenges and provide proactive solutions to scheduling conflicts, operational gaps, or dependencies.
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Collaborate with Executive Operations and leadership teams to align on priorities, deliverables, and follow-ups.
