Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. 6-10 years of recent proven sales experience in a quota-driven role in medical aesthetics, professional grade skincare, aesthetic injectables or aesthetic device experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success using consultative and value-based selling techniques. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to identify market opportunities. Demonstrated experience in setting and executing market strategy to drive brand awareness. Must have established industry relationships and ability to impact KOL and key decision makers. Ability to influence cross-functionally. High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation. Expertise in practice development and business planning. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools; comfort with leveraging AI-driven insights and social media for business growth. Entrepreneurial mindset—“thinks like a business owner”. Digitally savvy and adaptable to emerging technologies. Ability to travel up to 60% within territory. Must be based in Los Angeles and easily commutable to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, El Segundo, LAX, and Manhattan H. Should be willing to travel locally and for national meetings. Preferred: Former industry provider or business development experience is a plus.
