About The Position

The Global Marketing Engines and Experiences team is seeking an Executive Administrator to deliver high‑quality administrative and operational support up to, two General Managers. This role operates in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment and requires someone who can think ten steps ahead, manage multiple priorities, and execute with precision and urgency. You will own complex calendaring, maintain seamless day‑to‑day business operations, and confidently drive processes that keep the business on track. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to get things done with a positive, direct, and solutions‑oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is proactive, self‑motivated, and thrives amid change—bringing professionalism, strong follow‑through, and a clear sense of ownership. Experience supporting creative or social media environments, along with comfort coordinating across content, production, or campaign workflows, is strongly encouraged.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience mentoring or guiding others, formally or informally.
  • 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
  • Proficiency in MOS (Microsoft Office Suite), particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Calendaring expertise, including managing complex schedules across senior leaders and time zones.
  • Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead.
  • Proven ability to act with a strong sense of urgency, balancing speed with accuracy.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive, with a track record of independently driving tasks and seeing them through to completion.
  • Direct, confident communicator who can move work forward, remove barriers, and help drive the processes needed to support business momentum.
  • Experience supporting teams within creative, content, social media, or campaign‑driven environments, with exposure to coordination across production or marketing workflows, is strongly preferred.
