The Executive Briefing Program (EBP) Intern plays a vital role in elevating the customer experience by supporting the planning and execution of high-level strategic meetings between our clients and senior leadership. By coordinating logistics, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring seamless session delivery, you help create a professional environment where key business relationships are strengthened and long-term partnerships are solidified. Your impact directly contributes to the success of our global sales and customer engagement strategies by providing a world-class platform for executive-level collaboration. With an expanded Executive Briefing Center slated to open in Fall 2026, you will play a critical role in both day-to-day operations and strategic launch readiness:

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Organization: Demonstrated ability to organize complex tasks, manage timelines, and maintain attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the professional presence required to document processes and interact with executive-level stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Visual Storytelling & Design: Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva or PowerPoint) to help refresh executive-facing content and assets for the new facility launch.
  • Tech-Savvy Operations: Hands-on experience with Project Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Monday.com) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer data and briefing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Expansion Project Management: Manage project timelines and task tracking for the Fall 2026 center expansion, ensuring all workstreams stay on schedule to accelerate launch readiness.
  • Data & Reporting Excellence: Conduct deep-dive audits of the briefing management system to clean historical data and standardize reporting, ensuring leadership has accurate metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Executive Briefing Coordination: Assist in the coordination of high-profile executive meetings, managing logistics and briefing materials to maintain a world-class customer experience during high-volume periods.
