About The Position

A leading professional networking company seeks a Bay Area Executive Briefing Center Coordinator. The successful candidate will manage Executive Briefing Center (EBC) operations and venue management logistics for the San Francisco and Mountain View EBC spaces, including: Maintaining ongoing comms w/ workplace services; Overseeing F&B needs; Security and front desk liaison; Maintain Bay Area EBC calendars across Exec Engagements and other space needs. Requirements

2+ years of experience in the marketing or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders
Ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple competing priorities is preferred.
Proficient in the following: GSuite Products/Tools, MSFT Products/Tools, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., Virtual Meeting technology is preferred.

Nice To Haves

prior experience in an Executive Briefing Center is a plus.

Responsibilities

Day-of event management for all SF & MTV office Exec Engagement programming, including: security and building access, printing, food & beverage, gifting, technology troubleshooting as needed for both full and guided support engagements.
Serve as direct POC for Events/Facilities teams in SF & MTV offices.
Partner with the technology & AV management team to ensure technology needs are met across the SF & MTV EBC space and ongoing maintenance occurs.
Serve as strategic partners to LET EA's to ensure leaders’ space needs are met within reason and bandwidth, building strong trust and alignment across the EA community.
Supports EE operations for non-EBC Space Briefings (Seattle (Microsoft), Detroit, Carpinteria,), including logistics, F&B/catering for full and guided support models.
