About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Executive Benefits Administrator to join our team! You will assist in the design consultation, issue process and administration of non-qualified plans funded by life insurance policies in the business market while promoting the importance of a properly executed plan design. Provide administration on non-qualified plans sold in the business market. Assist in keeping the plan on track to meet the designed solutions. Serve as focal point of contact to producers and customers for questions on non-qualified plan administration and plan design. Work to negotiate solutions to meet customer needs. Maintain complete and accurate participant records and program files. Provide guidance to less experienced employees. Participate in team projects. This would include development and implementation of necessary administrate procedures and systems, designing reports and letter, and systems testing. Build strong product knowledge and develop strong working knowledge of non-qualified plans, business marketing strategies, and illustration systems.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent plus 3+ years related work experience.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing, policy issue, policy administration, contractual language and provisions, processes and practices, customer service delivery strategies.
  • General knowledge of non-qualified plans sold in the business market.
  • Exhibit the ability to prioritize work and maintain service standards in the face of peak times, heavy workloads, and frequent interruptions.
  • Exhibit quick and good judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and accurate and detailed communication.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with high accuracy and within acceptable turnaround times.
  • FINRA Series 6 License(s) or ability to obtain within 6 months required.
  • Must meet firm standards for registration within applicable jurisdictions.
  • Due to the responsibilities of this role, candidate will be subject to a credit review.
  • You’ll be required to become a non-registered fingerprint person of (insert broker/dealer).
