About The Position

CPAM Global is a shared services organization providing centralized finance, accounting, HR, and operational support to multiple operating companies within project-based industries. We are expanding our Corporate team and are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Executive Assistant to join our Corporate office in Warren, NJ . Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage a highly dynamic workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and edit professional correspondence and executive-level materials
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proven ability to operate independently, anticipate executive needs, and proactively resolve issues with minimal direction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating leadership teams, executive meetings, and board-level materials
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to produce high-quality documents and presentations

  • Experience in a professional services, engineering, or consulting environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s complex calendar in alignment with business and leadership priorities
  • Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO, handling internal and external communications with discretion
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Chief of Staff, internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Coordinate executive meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Track and drive progress on key initiatives, action items, and leadership priorities
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings
  • Draft and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
  • Maintain strict confidentiality across all executive matters
  • Supports special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and company events
