This Executive Assistant role blends high-touch calendar and event coordination with strong business and financial data management—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate needs before they surface. You’ll partner closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure meetings, travel, communications, and reporting run smoothly and securely. What you'll do... Coordinate business events, meetings, and travel logistics, including agendas, timelines, and technology needs Manage complex leadership calendars, prioritize requests, and ensure key attendees and resources are aligned Draft, edit, and send communications on behalf of leaders; triage and follow up on incoming messages Compile, reconcile, and maintain Finance reports, templates, and tools while protecting sensitive information Process invoices and expense reports, identify exceptions, and escalate risks or concerns as needed What You’ll Bring Experience supporting senior leaders with complex calendar management, travel, and event coordination Strong written communication skills, including drafting and editing executive-level messages Ability to compile, forecast, reconcile, and report business/financial data with attention to detail Proven judgment handling confidential information and prioritizing competing requests with minimal direction Comfort coordinating across stakeholders and mentoring or guiding other administrative support partners At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
