Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, supporting executives or senior business leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Workday, Egencia, or similar expense and travel platforms.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising discretion maintaining Comfortable supporting senior executives and leadership teams across multiple time zones.
  • Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in an Accounting firm or professional services industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and conference registrations.
  • Prepare, format, and edit Microsoft Office documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Process expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and manage inbound and outbound communications.
  • Provide event planning and logistical support for internal and external meetings.
  • Support meeting preparation by coordinating agendas, developing PowerPoint materials, and assisting with special projects and leadership offsites.
