About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide primary strategic administrative support to our CRO and SVP, Solutions. This role will also manage travel and expenses for our CEO. This person will be critical to keeping our leadership team operating efficiently and effectively, and report to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. In addition to executive support, this position will play a key role in planning logistics for team offsites, onboarding and coordinating vendors, managing the company’s virtual mailbox, supporting large internal meetings, and handling other administrative tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate is able to build trust and relationships with executives in a remote environment, can manage highly-complex calendars that may change with short notice, is an exceptionally strong communicator, and is beyond obsessed with details, plans, and customer service.
