This position reports directly to the EVP, Chief Client Officer (“CCO”) and supports the entire sales leadership team. Serve as an internal resource to provide information and handle special projects, meeting and event facilitation, client communications, internal sales field communications and coordinate travel. Ideal candidate will possess all of the qualifications required of the job, is dependable and motivated, is highly organized, is able to meet deadlines and is a quick learner. This is a full-time position in our Charlotte, NC office with a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years Executive Assistant/support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and accept ownership of tasks
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and perform all other duties as assigned in a very fast paced environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office to include: PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with people and situations diplomatically and professionally
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and written combined with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to exercise discretion, mature judgment and creativity
  • Highly dependable, flexible and patient
  • Consistent display of energy, enthusiasm, optimism and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in the financial services industry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CCO and Sales Leadership Team with extensive travel arrangements, heavy calendar schedule of meetings, organization of workflow and other organizational tasks including related expense reporting
  • Organize company events, client visits, regional conferences, and other client activities
  • Work closely with members of the Sales Leadership Team, including managing the weekly sales call agenda, sales leadership meetings, and coordinating agenda/logistics for all sales leadership functions
  • Support facilities-related matters, working closely with management on the day-to-day needs of the office
  • Submit purchase order requests and manage accounts payable submissions
  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Office applications
  • Other duties that may be assigned to support the leadership team
