About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent or college level degree.
  • Two years’ experience as an administrative assistant or two years’ experience in the healthcare industry supporting office/clerical duties.
  • Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, including ability to utilize personal computer, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Ability to sit for up to five hours each day.
  • Minor lifting.
  • Requires ability to have a flexible schedule as needed to attend early/late meetings and/or to accommodate regulatory body visits/audits.

  • Administrative assistant experience at the executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clerical and project support to the Senior Leadership team including receptionist duties for Administration.
  • Assists senior leadership in maintaining calendars and email.
  • Attends meetings to take and transcribe minutes.
  • Produces and maintains department specific reports.
  • Reconciles invoices and prepares check requests.
  • Reviews, submits, and tracks on-call compensation invoices; updates and maintain on-call contract files.
  • Manages communication and acts as liaison between Chief Officers and Providers.
  • Serves as backup to coordinate Emergency Room on-call schedule.
  • Assigned contracting tasks, as appointed and as needed.
