About The Position

This role provides high-impact support to the General Counsel and the broader Legal function, serving as a force-multiplier across executive operations and team enablement. Beyond traditional calendar management, you will lead critical projects, maintain key operational systems, and ensure the smooth execution of Legal team workflows. This position requires precision, discretion, and excellent judgment, with responsibilities spanning litigation support, governance preparation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as a trusted extension of leadership, anticipate needs, and streamline processes for maximum efficiency. The role combines strategic thinking, meticulous organization, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Requirements

  • 5–10+ years supporting senior executives (VP+), ideally as a senior EA or executive business partner in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex calendaring, stakeholder coordination, and meeting management under pressure.
  • Strong systems orientation and documentation habits, with proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, and Jira.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Impeccable discretion handling sensitive information and high-trust projects.

Nice To Haves

  • experience in legal operations, governance workflows, or board material preparation
  • Bay Area proximity for occasional in-person support is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, and proactive prioritization for the General Counsel.
  • Ensure meeting effectiveness: define attendees, clarify objectives, manage pre-reads, capture decisions, and track follow-ups.
  • Enable the Legal team by maintaining systems, checklists, templates, and process documentation for recurring workflows.
  • Support litigation and discovery processes, coordinating with outside counsel, managing deadlines, and creating repeatable, auditable workflows.
  • Prepare and manage board and governance materials, maintaining confidentiality and version control.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support leadership communications, planning rhythms, and special initiatives.
