Executive Assistant Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Vice Presidents (VPs). This role serves as a central coordination point for executive schedules, communications, and operational needs, ensuring leaders are able to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities with professionalism, and maintains strict confidentiality at all times. In addition to traditional executive support, this position is responsible for managing the organization’s contract management system and supporting general office operations.
