Elite Insurance Partners is a technology-first insurance organization focused on building a modern customer journey through innovation, marketing strategy, and operational efficiency. Our leadership team values accountability, speed, and systems that allow people to operate at a high level. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO with daily workflow management. This role is focused on helping leadership stay clear, prepared, and focused by removing operational clutter from the day-to-day. You’ll work directly alongside the CEO to manage communication, scheduling priorities, and follow-through on key items. This is a high-trust, execution-focused role, not a traditional administrative position. The right person will be proactive, professional, and comfortable making judgment calls while maintaining strong discretion. This is a part-time W-2 position working approximately 2–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with flexibility depending on workload and priorities.
