Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Effective follow up skills and ability to meet deadlines without prompting

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service, administering investment accounts, coordinating client onboarding, executing account workflows, and handling money movements and service requests
  • Support the client meeting lifecycle, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and reports, documenting notes, and managing follow-up actions
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support, updating CRM and document management systems, running reports, maintaining logs, and supporting various operational projects
