About The Position

Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide advanced administrative and management support to executives. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence and presentations, and assisting with office operations. The role may also serve as backup to front office or correspondence control center operations. This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma or GED + 3 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, with at least 1 year supporting an executive-level position.
  • Equivalency:Associate's Degree + 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and management support to executives.
  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and documentation.
  • Provide backup support to front office operations when required.
  • Provide backup support to correspondence control center operations when required.
