About the Role: We’re looking for a n Executive Assistant to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases. In this role, you will support multiple senior leaders and provide daily and ongoing administrative support in the Respiratory Therapeutic Area. This is a hybrid position.

Requirements

  • You have at least 8 years administrative experience preferably for leaders in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience supporting senior level management in commercial organizations
  • Excellent calendar management skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in cross-functional manner
  • High level of motivation toward achievement with desire to learn and take on challenging assignments

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage calendars and schedule meetings with internal and external colleagues, including global colleagues and multiple vendors/agencies
  • Prepare printouts or other materials needed in advance of meetings
  • Prepare meeting rooms for workshops and hybrid meetings
  • Organize complex travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Submit and manage Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Scopes of Work (SOW) through the procurement process and follow up appropriately
  • Coordinate delivery of slides and presentations for meetings
