Join our growing, well-known CPA firm in Boca Raton as a Full-Time Executive Assistant and play a key role in supporting our partners and contributing to our success. This is an onsite role, Monday through Friday, offering a chance to be part of a collaborative, results-driven team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines with minimal supervision
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Familiarity with Outlook calendar/email management and other digital office tools

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting senior management or executives preferred
  • Any industry background is welcome

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support to partners, including managing calendars and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, and presentations
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence and internal communications
  • Manage filing systems (electronic and paper) with attention to detail
  • Handle email communications professionally and with discretion
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
  • Support smooth office operations and workflows
