About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Administrator to support a high-level executive team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex schedules, and the capacity to maintain professional communication with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of executive administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Outlook calendar management at an executive level.
  • Proven project coordination skills.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Business is a plus.
  • Experience working with executives is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive calendar support for a senior executive.
  • Manage meeting preparation and logistics, ensuring materials are delivered on time and rooms are booked.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with the executive team and external partners.
  • Make decisions on prioritization and maintain constant communication with the manager and central staff.
  • Coordinate executive travel and manage expenses.
  • Oversee multiple projects, including team event coordination and execution, onboarding/offboarding, and special projects.
  • Drive actions necessary to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Manage the team hardware procurement process for new and departing employees.
