The Executive Assistant to the CTO is a trusted partner role supporting a senior technology leader responsible for a large, complex organization with significant internal and external visibility. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires strong judgment, discretion, anticipation, and the ability to operate with context in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The Executive Assistant will help manage priorities, projects, protect executive time, and ensure clarity, follow-through, and professionalism across internal leadership forums and external engagements. What you’ll do Executive Partnership Strategically manage the CTO’s calendar with a focus on prioritization, preparation, and decision effectiveness Act as a gatekeeper for inbound requests, using sound judgment to triage, escalate, or redirect Prepare the CTO for meetings by ensuring relevant context, materials, and objectives are available in advance Track commitments, action items, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and closure Operating Rhythm and Coordination Support leadership meetings, planning cycles, reviews, and key operating cadences Coordinate closely with other executive assistants, HR, Finance, Product, and Communications partners Help maintain consistency across meeting cadence, expectations, and executive workflows Communication and External Presence Draft, review, and organize communications on behalf of the CTO when appropriate Assist with preparation for external engagements such as conferences, panels, awards, and industry events Provide light coordination support for executive visibility efforts, including outlines, logistics, scheduling, and content preparation Comfortable supporting modern communication formats and tools, including short-form content coordination when needed (content creation itself is not a primary responsibility) Confidentiality and Professional Representation Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion Represent the Office of the CTO with professionalism, warmth, and credibility Build trust quickly with senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders What experience you need High School Diploma or equivalent required. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred
  • 7 or more years of experience supporting senior executives (CTO, CIO, or equivalent strongly preferred)
  • Experience in technology-driven, regulated, or large enterprise environments
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Proven discretion, reliability, and sound judgment
  • Strong technical acumen with tools (Google Suite experience a plus)

Responsibilities
