Contentful is seeking an Executive Assistant. This individual will be a key liaison between the Chief Revenue Officer and other senior leaders, internal teams, and stakeholders. This EA will play a critical role in acting as a partner to the CRO by handling a wide range of administrative tasks, managing schedules, and assisting with various projects. This role will be hybrid, working in our San Francisco office and remotely. What to expect? Manage the executive’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and handle last-minute changes or urgent requests with the appropriate level of urgency and attention to detail. Attend key meetings and track follow-ups and deliverables. Proactively manage all aspects of executive’s schedule across internal meetings and external engagements. Work with executives and their leadership team to help create agendas and content for key department meetings, drive those meetings, and track follow-ups. Anticipate needs of the executive and help them stay focused, resolving administrative issues before they arise. Balance multiple daily tasks and business projects, identify inefficiencies in processes, and push for improvements across the field. Organize and plan internal and external meetings such as staff meetings, team events, department All Hands, leadership offsites, etc. Assist in various executive team projects by creating presentations and managing project documentation. Coordinate domestic and international travel within Contentful’s travel policy. Manage and reconcile expense reports.

  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to be resourceful when obstacles arise.
  • Having a sense of urgency, being proactive, along with strong prioritization skills are crucial for this role.
