Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 6-8 years of administrative support experience, working with a sales team is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast paced, changing work environment
  • Highly proficient in MS Office programs including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Concur experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate calendars using Outlook.
  • Setup Zoom and Team sessions.
  • Managing high-level projects for the team including day to day management of business initiatives, requiring strong understanding of the business and team agendas
  • Arrange and prepare email correspondence and other communications while replying in a prompt manner
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously; proactively engage and see projects through to successful completion within deadlines
  • Work with recruiting team and firm builders on new owner visits by preparing agendas, scheduling times with key personnel, and handle all catering needs.
  • Arrange and execute regional meetings in hotels, arrange catering, and all meeting logistics as needed.
  • Employ an energetic and positive, can-do attitude while understanding the organization’s values and ethics
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.
