About The Position

Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Serves as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice Presidents of Human Resources. Providing administrative support and performs numerous duties, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. Works with legal counsel on matters such as depositions, hearing and mediations and document preparation. Provide employment information as requested for all employment related matters while following all applicable hospital and regulatory policies and guidelines. Mains receipts for department credit cards and prepare reconciliation report to Finance monthly. Serve as timekeeper for all Human Resources departments. Coordinates departmental inventory, orders and maintains office supplies, assists with invoice processing and capital purchases. Manages small projects and facilitates team functions. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information sensitively in a highly professional manner
  • Experienced/Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast paced, high-growth environment
  • Solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively in a highly professional manner
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances; able to proactively question and challenge to prioritize and identify solutions in timely manner
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or other related health care degree from an accredited school or 5 years' experience supporting an Executive level leader.
