About The Position

Amazon is seeking an intuitive, trustworthy, customer-obsessed and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join its Digital & Devices Tax team. As an Executive Assistant to three (3) Finance Directors, you’ll have the opportunity to work in partnership with our Leaders, key business partners, and a solid team of other Executive Assistants. You will be a fast learner with experience using sound judgment while working in a fast paced, goal-oriented, ever changing work environment, and have excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities to complete a high volume of complex tasks with minimal to no supervision. We are looking for someone who wants to be more than “just an Admin” and is a detail-oriented planner with a demonstrated ability to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and a sense of humor. This role requires five (5) days a week in office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
  • Manage domestic and international travel
  • Manage expense report coordination and submission
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on key action items
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports
  • Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations
  • Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  • Document writing, editing, and readiness
  • Have fun at work and help others do the same
