We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a master at multitasking, communication, and discretion, with the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills and a willingness to go above-and-beyond to support the CEO. This role may support other executives as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO. Draft responses and correspondence as needed.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas and follow up on action items as needed. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Confidential Support: Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Project Management: Assist with strategic projects, internal initiatives, and research tasks as directed by the CEO.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Additional Administrative Support: Complete expense reports, handle personal tasks (as needed), and support other executives as needed
