Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our COO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, adaptable, and capable of managing a variety of tasks. This position is in office 5 days a week in Hackensack, NJ

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, required.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting executives, law firm or professional series setting preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • The anticipated base pay listed is a range, actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of our total compensation and competitive benefits package, which can include a discretionary bonus, 401(k), paid time off, and health benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on action items.
  • Draft and edit communications, helping prepare presentations, speeches, emails, reports and internal memos.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks as they arise.
